  • Basic Maintenance Membership

    Every year
    Access to recreation area & outdoor pool, restrooms, showers and changing rooms. This membership is only available for ROSARIO PROPERTY OWNERS.
    Valid for 2 years

  • Rosario Club Plus

    250$
    Every year
    Access to the recreational area, outdoor pool, and restroom facilities. This membership allows you to list up to 4 people and bring pets onto the property. Parking passes $100. 10% off Bar & Grill.
    Valid for 2 years

  • Rosario Club Gold

    400$
    Every year
    Access to recreation area, pool & restroom facility. List up to 4 people & bring pets onto the property. Includes one parking pass. Enhanced beach access w/ kayak storage. 10% off at Bar & Grill.
    Valid for 2 years

  • Rosario Commercial

    500$
    Every year
    Same benefits as Rosario Gold, but passes extend to renters (Airbnbs or long-term renters). All other memberships are non-commercial.
    Valid for 2 years

  • Pet Registration

Next time you come to use your amenities stop by the marina office on the pier and grab a membership card. We will have them available to pick up in the beginning of May.
