Rosario Harbor is located on tranquil Cascade Bay, halfway up East Sound's eastern shore on Orcas Island. The distant grandeur of the historic Moran Mansion guides boaters to Rosario, beckoning visitors to this unique island retreat.

Rosario Harbor is now a separate entity from the Hotel & Mansion.
Unfortunately, the mansion is currently closed for renovations. Please contact Rosario Village with questions about lodging or the mansion. Visitors are free to browse the mansion grounds and enjoy the amenities across the harbor grounds.
Day Use Access
If you are coming for day use please self register your vessel in advance above, or scan the QR code on the dock.
There are two day use areas, the breakwater for vessels over 30ft in length, and the summer float for vessels 30ft and under. Vessels on the breakwater must vacate by 3pm, or reserve overnight moorage.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with a full refund are possible up until 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Credit cards are charged 48 hours before arrival. Cancelling day of will result in no refund. Boaters can switch to a later date on their reservation 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Daily flights from Seattle directly into Rosario Harbor, enjoy a stunning and quick scenic flight to the island. Friday Harbor Seaplanes & Kenmore Air offer parking and a shuttle from SeaTac.
Outer Island Excursions offers a variety of ways to get to Rosario Harbor, from 1 to 200 passengers from most any mainland or island location including Anacortes, Bellingham, Blaine and Whidbey.
The Washington State ferry runs multiple sailings daily to and from Anacortes, and between all of the San Juan Islands. Reservations needed in the summer months for cars & campers.
